Some Questions and Answers that have come in

We love questions, and I encourage you to send them in...

 

So let's dive in:

 

Question #1- Glute and Core Workshop. Yes, it will be live on Saturday, but if you can't make it the class will be recorded and we will send it as soon as the class is done. And we will be sending 2 Homework workouts for you to complete during the week in addition to your regular workouts.

 

Question #2- Glute and Core Workshop. Do We Have Room? Yes we do, just reply to this email or reach out to Lais.

 

Question #3- Are we back in Florida? Yes, for now. Our Goal is to document this Adventure and share. For a few reasons. Most importantly to show you how you can be consistent with your meal plan and workout while needing to be flexible with your life.

 

Question #4- I want to be in Bikini shape for the Summer, should I fast or do fasted cardio? The answer is it depends. Can you be consistent with fasting? Will you be consistent with fasted Cardio? The way you are going to get in shape for the Summer or for a Show or for Life is consistency. What can you do consistently? 

Can you walk? Strength train? Swim? Dance? what ever it is...can you do it consistently? 

The Best workout plan does not work if you are not following it all the time.

Same with your diet. Fasting, cutting carbs, cutting fat or anything...can you be consistent? That will matter most.

 

Question #5 - Should I use Creatine? The supplement thing is interesting. Supplements are there to bridge the gap between what you need and what you are not getting from food. Example: ideally you are getting your vitamins and minerals from food but based on food quality and manufacturing food is not what it used to be, so a good multi vitamin is a good idea to cover your basics.

Creatine is the most studied supplement in history. Creatine is a compound you naturally have in your body. Creatine helps you make adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is a source of energy your muscle cells need when you're active. So creatine in your muscles normally is a supply for the energy you'll need during exercise. But the KEY there is you "NEED TO BE ACTIVE"

Creatine is in your brain, too. People use creatine to help with brain disorders or other conditions, such as heart failure and muscular dystrophy. If you put creatine on your skin, it may help with aging.

But back to the basics...If you are not following a solid eating program and not exercising consistently, creatine can be a waste of money.

 

Question #6- I want to transform like the women that compete, but I don't want to compete. How can I do that? I think if you re-read the question, the women that are preparing for a show transform that way because they are getting ready for a show. It's not that their diet is different or workout plan. 

It is the intention. 

They don't do things randomly, everything is on purpose. Going out to lunch or dinner is ok, being intentional is the difference...A simple text saying "hey Coach I'm going out to ____for dinner later, what should I get?" is common is Prep. Same with workouts, on purpose, so-so or based on a trend on instagram or doing extra or less than. It's on purpose.

And unfortunately other life goals don't have the same level of commitment.

 

After Lais did her 1st Show, she said "Every Woman should feel what this feels like" and I agreed. Preparing for a show - The Way We Do It With Our Clients- is not about winning a show. It's about the Transformation along the way. 

Who do you need to become in order to see that through? That is where the Transformation happens.

We have some big plans for everyone, and we are more committed than ever to helping people step on stage.

 

This show we just went to in Connecticut re-ignited a fire in both of us. So many cool Transformation stories, so many cool things about show weekend, so many more lives we want to help change.
