Inside the Team NXT LVL WBFF Worlds 2026 Experience
WBFF Worlds weekend is never only about the few minutes a competitor spends under the stage lights.
It is the final expression of months—or sometimes years—of training, nutrition, posing practice, personal growth, wardrobe planning, sacrifice and belief. At Team NXT LVL, we believe the experience should honor every part of that journey.
This year in Miami, our competitors arrived with different stories, different starting points and different divisions. What united them was the decision to step forward, be seen and discover what was possible when preparation met opportunity.
Team NXT LVL at WBFF Worlds 2026
Four women represented Team NXT LVL across the Transformation, Curvy, Bikini 45+ and Bikini Open categories:
Rita stepped onto the WBFF Worlds stage in the Transformation division, representing far more than a physical before-and-after. Her journey showed what can happen when a demanding professional life, an imperfect schedule and a meaningful goal are brought together through consistency.
Laura placed second in WBFF Pro Curvy. She brought shape, confidence, glamour and presence to the professional stage while showing that the WBFF experience is not limited to one body type or one version of beauty.
Monica earned second place in Bikini Amateur 45+. Her result was proof that women do not age out of ambition, athleticism or the opportunity to reinvent themselves.
Paula won first place in Bikini Amateur Open and earned her WBFF Pro status. The result was an unforgettable milestone—but it was also the product of preparation, presentation and the ability to deliver when the moment arrived.
Competition Prep Is More Than a Meal Plan
A complete WBFF preparation process has to account for the physique, the stage and the person.
Training and nutrition create the physical foundation, but competitors must also learn how to pose, walk, present their wardrobe, manage nerves, organize show-week logistics and transition safely out of peak week. The best plan is not the most extreme plan. It is the plan that can be executed consistently and adjusted intelligently around the competitor’s real life.
That is why our coaching process considers starting condition, division, training history, schedule, recovery, stress, dieting history and the amount of time genuinely available. We do not force every athlete into the same timeline or hand everyone the same “12-week prep.”

The Team NXT LVL Show-Weekend Experience
Show weekend is where all the moving parts have to come together. That includes final physique decisions, meals, hydration, posing reminders, wardrobe, stage timing, emotional support and the inevitable last-minute details that no spreadsheet can fully predict.
Our role is not simply to send instructions from a distance. We are present. We observe. We communicate. We help the athlete stay grounded so she can enjoy the moment she worked so hard to reach.
Rafael Moret leads the preparation process through training, nutrition, strategy and ongoing adjustments. WBFF Pro Lais Villamur brings the perspective of an experienced competitor and posing coach who understands how physique, movement, confidence and presentation work together. The team environment adds another layer: competitors share the nerves, the celebration and the understanding that nobody has to navigate the weekend alone.
From Stage Day to a Professional Photoshoot Experience
The stage is a major milestone, but it should not be the only memory a competitor takes home.
Our post-show photoshoot experience gives athletes the opportunity to capture the confidence, physique and identity they built during preparation—without the pressure of judging or placement. It turns months of work into professional images and video that can be remembered, shared and celebrated long after show weekend ends.

This is part of what makes the Team NXT LVL approach different. We are not interested in reducing the journey to calories, cardio or a trophy. We want the athlete to experience the transformation—to see herself differently, carry herself differently and leave with proof of what she was capable of creating.
Results Matter. So Does the Person Who Earned Them.
Placements and pro status deserve to be celebrated. Paula’s Bikini Open win and new WBFF Pro status, Laura’s second-place Pro Curvy result and Monica’s second-place Bikini Amateur 45+ finish are meaningful competitive achievements.
But a premier competition experience also has to protect the person beyond the result. Not every competitor wins. Every competitor still needs guidance after the stage.
That means having a reverse-diet and recovery plan, restoring normal routines, managing the emotional shift after the event and deciding what comes next without immediately chasing another extreme. Rita’s Transformation journey is especially important here: success can be measured in the life reclaimed, confidence developed and promises kept—not only in a trophy.
What Makes a WBFF Team the Right Team?
Before choosing a competition coach, ask whether the team can support the entire assignment:
Does the coach evaluate your starting condition before recommending a show?
Can the team help you choose the correct WBFF division?
Are training, nutrition, posing and presentation connected?
Will your plan be adjusted around your progress and real life?
Is someone available during the final weeks and show weekend?
Is there a clear post-show recovery and reverse-diet plan?
Can the team show real competitors, real transformations and real results?

Could the Next WBFF Weekend Be Yours?
Maybe you watched WBFF Worlds and thought, “I want to do that.” Maybe you have trained for years but have never stepped onstage. Maybe you competed before and know your next experience needs to be different.
Your first step is not choosing a show date, cutting your calories or doubling your cardio. Your first step is understanding where you are starting, which division may fit you and what a realistic preparation timeline would require.
